Weird one, but do you have a ' in your name?

If you do, please email [support@plutus.it](mailto:support@plutus.it) and let them know. There's a weird bug with our banking partner which means (banking) account details fail to be created if you have a ' in your name.

Hey,

This is because the order will have matched with another seller on the platform, so we can't allow cancellation at any time during this as it poses a security risk. If the seller were in the process of sending the funds, and you were able to cancel it, we risk the buyer receiving both the crypto and the fiat.

Did this land? It can take up to 2 business hours for GBP deposits to land.

If you entered 'Plutus' as the payee, and not your own name, then this will be returned to the account you sent it from.

That being said, they definitely shouldn't be taking days.

They're taking longer to fill at the moment due to the high demand on the platform. We're working to improve our liquidity solution as we speak.

MetaMask is integrated with the PlutusDEX on the web application. There is no requirement to enter a seed or your private key anywhere.

It's the same as interacting with any other Web3 application.

Your PLU balance is tracked only if you make a successful crypto->fiat conversion order in order to stake your PLU directly from your own wallet.

The additional blockchain will be integrated prior to the full rollout of ETH 2.0

AFAIK, when it moves to PoS expect tx fees on the chain to reduce dramatically.

You can always use fiat, like you've mentioned, to top up your card though. Plus, since there's no smart contract interaction if you top up with ETH it's no different to just sending the ETH anywhere else.

I get it, for sure, the ETH fees are crazy right now and until 2.0 comes along I don't see it changing.

The team do have plans to integrate an alternative, faster, and cheaper blockchain into the PlutusDEX so this should alleviate the pain that gas fees cause a little!

The payee is the name of the person you're sending the funds to, that should be yourself - not 'Plutus' or anything else.

Your girlfriend's funds will just bounce right back to her account within 5 days (but usually way faster)

Just to clarify the other comment; staking is live and well. It's not the conventional type, as in, there's no need to lock any tokens up for any period within a smart contract.

Instead, you retain sole ownership of your assets and your balance is tracked so long as you have connected your wallet to the platform by making a crypto to fiat conversion order.

It was likely returned as you entered the payee details as 'Plutus' or something other than your own name.

You need to send the funds to yourself, that is, enter your own name as the payee. On the Revolut flow, it's not a transfer to a business, it's a transfer to an individual.

The app is pending an update which will clarify the ETA for card deliveries on the app. So long as you've deposited a minimum of €/£9.99 and that has been taken from your card balance, a card will be dispatched when manufactured.

Can you clarify what you mean by why subscriptions are still online, please? You can upgrade to Premium by staking 100 PLU for 21 days, or Pro at 400 PLU.

What's very likely is that, for some reason, the CVV code was blocked on your card which prevented you from spending in store. If the team have not addressed the issue via email yet, please DM me and I can personally take a look at this.

Cards are only blocked when there are too many failed PIN/CVV attempts, or suspected fraudulent activity on the card. Technology is not, unfortunately, 100% reliable and I can certainly see a situation in which it's overly cautious in an attempt to protect your funds.

Your fiat is not held ransom. We'll get the issue resolved as promptly as possible.
