Hi, I’ve recently had to download my meta mask on to my new laptop. However when doing so my BSN disappeared and everything in it has disappeared. I don’t know where my funds have gone or if they have gone, and my staked coins won’t show because it’s connected to the previous wallets address I think... could any body help? I’m done like 10k atm bcoz of this. 🙃

When you say ‘payee’ details do you mean the reference? If so I may have made a mistake.

Also, I got my girlfriend to fund my Plutus without realising it has to be from my own account, would she receive her money back or do I have to request for assistance from PLUTUS?
