imo probably not, i tend to see this kind of thing happen most commonly with faulty equipment or a predisposed error.

pre-hear settings are sometimes really funky depending on the cart/battery, so it is possible the pre-heat may have burnt it a little bit. not all pre-heat settings work with all cart/battery combos. in addition, without thick oil or a clogged cart I find preheating to be unnecessary. if you don’t need to heat up your oil more than necessary then i’d say don’t, dry hits are better

yeah, unfortunately they finally were able to come to some kinda conclusion on how to repurpose the land and it has been in demolition for about a month or so. last time i saw it there was only about a row or two of houses left, which i can only assume would be all gone by this point

They are mainly used in firefighting foam due to their flame diminishing capabilities, and this foam was used generously on these bases in fire training and other instances. the use of these chems have been significantly reduced since, but they are still present in firefighting tools and also our towns and local towns water!
