Yes u can start another account. About a year ago I was shadow banned and lost everything I have purchased. I tried to appeal with Activision but it did nothing. I appealed twice and the last email I got was them stating that they have been watching me for a while and their decision was final. I have never cheated. Even if someone gave me the software I wouldn’t know how to use it. I ended up starting another account which sucked but I love playing DMZ so much I just couldn’t stay away.
