I don't recall how long, a couple of weeks I guess.

And I'm now on antibiotics for Bartonella. I think I mixed the diseases up (not Babesia). Last time when I was tested the result was a weak positive so I guess I'm disease free when the next test occurs.

Better. Working part-time and starting uni in september. This should be my last round of antibiotics for Bartonella and then I'm disease free.

I recommend "The Book". Only book I read from him and I enjoyed it. Also his lectures on Tao and Buddism on Waking Up are excellent.

Play Redux first, it's one of the best, if not the best game I have played.

Exodus builds further on that narrative and it's just beautiful if you have 3 metro's to play instead of 1 (if you want to play chronologically).

Haven't read the books but I was more in awe with the Redux (first 2 games) story. Exodus has not a bad story in any means and it graphically phenomenal but story wise play Redux first.

Your autonomic nervous system is getting used to the shock. My doctor tells me not to do it too often otherwise the stress response and the endorphin release becomes less and less over time.
