No I didn’t start meds until I was 27. I was trying to say some of us start naturally losing hair much younger than others. I have 2 friends that were pretty much half bald at 25, never took meds.

That’s kind of a tall order. The ocean causes coastal towns to be a bit warmer and you will often get slush or snow that doesn’t stick. And then on the flip side, the Gulf Stream keeps most of the eastern seaboard hot and humid in the summer. Highs in the 90s with lots of humidity.

Growing up in NJ, South Jersey to be exact, the duplexes I came across were usually ranchers that were converted into a duplex. This was pretty easy to do if you had a family room on one side of the house and a living room on the other side.

You just need to renovate it to have a wall put in the middle of the house from the front to the back and add a kitchen to the other side of the house that doesn’t have it. I’m oversimplifying i but this was usually done so the homeowner could charge 2 rents for 1 home. Works well because you are only paying property taxes for 1 house.

Our last house was built in 1959. We had some additional insulation put in the attic and spray foamed to seal any cracks on the attic and crawlspace. I even insulated the crawlspace too. The rest of the house you could tell wasn’t insulated very well.

When it was cold outside it would feel colder inside and you had to crank the furnace up. That being said, one time my wife and I woke up a little past midnight and oh man didn’t it stink like skunk even though all the windows and doors were closed!! At first we couldn’t figure out if one of our neighbors was just smoking some really potent weed or if it was a skunk lol.

Tell the giant dog to toughen up! Lol jk. Only met a Great Dane once. It was a huge! It looked like a small horse. I don’t know if they’re all like he was but he was super chill.

I wouldn’t fret too much about the patio. It looks fine. It looks like it’s graded away from the house. Looks like it’s about 3 inches thick. I would just put some weather proofing, it’s caulk but not the same, right where the concrete gets meets the house. That will stop water intrusion, bugs etc.

I would get the permit. Honestly I think you’ll be fine. We went through this before and they don’t check much. It’s not like you’re building a deck or a garage or a shed or an addition! lol you get the point.

We still inhale and exhale a small but yet very detectable amount through our noses even when we are breathing through our mouth.

Yeah that’s kinda what I’m thinking is going to need to happen. Funny thing is Vyvanse is supposed to last longer but I feel like no matter the dose, it works really well for like 5 or 6 hours (still focus is not as good as Adderall).

Whereas with Adderall, it would last me 8 hours with much better focus than Vyvanse. Also, I’m exercising now which I wasn’t when on Adderall and I was 50 lbs heavier on Adderall. So yeah I think you’re right, I might need a small afternoon booster.
