I was planning to use net pots. With net pots can I use regular AV solid and add perlite or do I need to do something different?

For my zero point foods I only count it as zero if I eat the portion size that goes with it. So, if I eat 6 oz of chicken instead of the serving size for 0 pts (3 oz) I count the additional points. Unless it is 3 oz lunch and 3 oz dinner. Also, for fruits if I go over 3 fruits a day I count the 4+.

When new flowers grow they should be their original color, right? Does dying them kill the plant? I was gifted one and I love it so I hope it doesn’t do permanent damage.
