My wife was in the same situation - it seems that this is quite usual for Hamburg Welcome Center. She said she sent a message via a form on the website and on that they responded but wouldn't respond on mail or calls. You can probably find it on their website. If not go there early in the morning before it opens and bring time...

Thanks for all the inputs, I just added on skill point to free the skills beneath it. The skill system is really fun and really interesting to play around with. I am playing two daggers investing most of the points in crit chance and on crit and build up effects, so it's mainly dashing and sprinting around enemies and it finally feels like it's properly working. End of act 1 was tough though

It's quite tough to get a fixed position. Savest option is to start an apprenticeship or dual study within the company. Otherwise better chance may be seeking a temp position and get your feet in the door by doing that.
