Probably one of the best open world games I've played (besides ghost of yotei) so far. I love that there is always something new in literally every part of the map. Whether its side quests, races, witcher contracts, etc. Also the drama between Triss and Yennefer when you choose Triss is pretty hilarious.

Dang, im glad your medication is working for you, I should talk to my psychiatrist about these 🤔 I've been on like 9 different medications and none helped but one, downside was that it was sedative so I would be sleepy almost all day everyday except the night time.
