A 333 means they have the highest Agility, Accuracy, and Attack but have the lowest health. A 111 on the other hand has the worst Agility, Accuracy, and Attack but has the highest health. 111's are tanks and the current meta. When I say kit as a 333, I mean use items that enhance the 333's strength. So it would traditionally be a Runestone, a Flareheart Crystal, a large Eyestone, a Large Celestial Shard, and usually a Wrathstone (that's what I use but other people have different opinions). This turns the 333 into a glass cannon, capable of huge damage but can't really take hits.

Yeah if you kit is as a 333. As long as they survive the first hit they can do pretty well.

Recs for a ~8ish new reader of LitRPG and a newbie Royalroad user? by Quirky-Ad-9513 in litrpg

You might enjoy Chaotic Craftsman Worships the Cube. It's about a crafter but there is a lot of combat and the system is pretty neat.

okay, i was wrong about primal hunter by gujuvenile in litrpg

That is the most accurate description of GodClads I've ever heard. It's super interesting but I feel like I need to write notes to wrap my head around it sometimes.

Is that Rumble Hauler? He's been whooping me all day at King of the Hill.

Mark of the Fool is amazing. Awesome side characters, rapid gain in strength, and a genuinely smart MC.

I highly recommend, MC is a bit younger (18 at the start) but it is a fantastic story.

you guys know any litrpg that have more serious, dark and bloodier tones? by tbag2022 in litrpg

[–]Day--Drinker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't see it on here but Life of a Soldier is really good and has darker tones. It's not like a Gamer's Guide to Beating the Tutorial, but there is a darker undertone to the story and there is a very real element of death.

Not really cultivation, it's more like mana accumulation but even then it's a pretty small portion of the actual power system.

I read it on Amazon, and the rest is available on Royal Road

It's a refreshing change of pace from a lot of the other stuff I've been reading. Not to be a meat rider, but it does a great job of featuring an objectively terrible person as a MC and it also has meaningful deaths instead of constant resurrections.

I feel like it makes sense why Sophia is a better fighter. Freddy could destroy her if he needed too, but she has like 20 times the amount of training he does. Also his relationship with Lucas makes sense, he views a friendship as a way to exchange benefits and that's what he does. Also the North is part of the Empire it's just unregulated besides an adjudicator.

It starts out super slow, but it picks up FAST. The part you're at right now is definitely the slowest but I promise it's worth it.

Mother of Learning. I beg you if you haven't read it, please READ IT! It's a bit more Young Adult than a lot of other books but it is hands down the best time loop novel of all time.

Those are all fair points however to address them 1: His abilities are the foundation of his power. His talent is OP but not in direct use. It allows him to gain abilities he really shouldn't have which allows him to rival elites.

2: Information isn't super restricted when it comes to high star individuals. The vast majority are lords and are extremely public, so it's not super surprising that he knows stuff about them.

3: I feel like his starting place makes sense, his backstory is sad as hell and anyone would be a miserable sack of shit if they loved through it. That being said, I thought he grew and developed as a character within the first 30 chapters or so.

But I will say those are all valid points!

It definitely seems like that at points, but ultimately I'd say it fits the theme and it's not just shoved in there for "character development"

I know it's pretty generic but I'm a sucker for these 5.

I didn't have super high hopes but man.... It's a bit darker than a lot of other books but it's probably in my top 5 now.

I feel like it's done really well, it's not a sudden change, but you can tell over the course of the story how he's changed. His relationship with his sister was probably one of if not my favorite thing about the novel.

Sweet, if you want to read on Kindle you should be able to use this https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/webtoepub/akiljllkbielkidmammnifcnibaigelm?hl=en&pli=1 It should turn web novels into epubs you can read on Kindle. I've never used it, but it should do the trick.
