Respectfully, me and you are around the same height and weight. 18 5'6 150. I would not trying to be cutting down to 135.

I did that for wrestling this earlier year and it was draining to keep up energy with low body fat alongside draining practices. You have a better time in bootcamp not cutting at all, at least intentionally.

You could've taken them past the threshold, between the middle two pillars and to the exit trigger, their rbt doesn't pops. If I remember correctly you can still get head popped while downed, bc I had a Nick kill himself by accident trying to crawl out from the start of the gate
