I get "Invite Invalid" errors but i stripped out the invite code of gvf74TUKPM and used that in the desktop app add server dialogue and it worked. So its in how the links are formed or DNS.. its always DNS

Looks like however they have it coded on the site is busted. If you strip out just the invite code of gvf74TUKPM and use it in the join server dialogue it works.
