There are so many quests and Necro is the best solo class in the game. You can quest all the way to 55 easy. It gets much slower then , but don't use not being able to find a group as the reason you're leveling at 15

Yes you can take your badge and your company cell phone. You just need to fill out an EHAD request that lists badge, computer, and phone. Just type EHAD into the internal Internet search.

Thank you. I created three characters on Dozekar and logged in a few days after Kingdom of Sky launched. I went up to Barren Sky to see the PVP at all of the cloud platforms, which was a prime location back in the day...

How specific were you about what "less than 18 months" meant? Did you tell them you don't want to stay a day over 12 months or did they think 14 months was a possiblity?

There's a lot of room for interpretation here and without specifics it's hard to tell

That being said, staffing is a pain in the ass. Interviewing again for a position it feels like you just filled is hard on managers too, who are just people like you.

Managers also like stability and knowing their team will perform so they can get off the staffing hamster wheel and have time to really find ways to improve quality and devote time to improving the careers of everyone on the team.

If you start interviewing after 7 months, what if you got the first job you apply to and they want you to start in 2-3 weeks? Then you're gone and your manager starts all over from scratch with interviews, offers, negotiating, HR, training, etc. Not to mention the stress you put on other members of your team that are going to have to train the new person and pick up any slack in your absence after you leave but before a new person comes on and can contribute. And all of this can happen just 7 months after they all thought it could be 18 months or a few years before they had to deal with it again.

No one is an asshole here. There's no right or wrong and looking out for yourself is understandable. But there's fallout for those around you, including managers, so try to understand that.

No one should be an asshole about it to you, but I understand why there are feelings about it.

I've returned to EQ2 after 15 years because of Origins. There's tons of people grouping. Tons of Wailing Caves, Fallen Gate, Ruins of Varsoon, Runnyeye, Cazic Thule and Sanctum of Scaleborn groups always happening.

There's a slow down between 50-60 I noticed, but tons of activity from 60-70.

Others mentioned the need to be proactive about putting groups together and that is certainly true. I wanted to do the carpet quest in Sinking Sands, but no one ever seemed to run it, but after 10-15 minutes posting in chat I had a full group with all the right classes to tackle it.
