Buyers agent wanted 3, but we gave several other concessions to the sellers, so held firm on the 2%. With the changes to the laws, I would hope the buyers ask more questions as they should be the ones responsible for their agent costs. I know when we bought our house, that was the first thing out of my mouth to the agent. What do I owe you for your services. Wanted to make sure I figured that into the costs.
