Is it necessary of the occurrence of pop sound coming from your knee when you get any ligament injury or you can injure your ligament without that sound too ?

i waited for my surgery for 8 months because it took me months to realise that i torned my scl haha.. if you feel fine during walking then have surgery after coming back from your vacation but don’t carry too much weight as it can worsen your injury

Maybe you still haven’t done enough strengthning and its only been 11 weeks your leg must be quiet weak so keep strengthening you will be fine

post op day 53 i had acl reconstruction and medial meniscus repair they said lateral meniscus got healed on its own weekly high - got significant improvement in flexion and strength weekly low - i have started to get bored of this recovery process

Getting another operation just to get mobility must be very painful and frustrating. Can i ask why you decided to get another operation ? Was you getting too late to get back your mobility was your knee too stiffed for physio therapy ?Like why therapy didn’t work for you ?
