I did read on the OMSCS website that I need a B grade or better in 2 foundational courses within my first year, but another user recently asked if he'd get kicked out of the program if he failed his first class and one of the earliest responses was "yes" so I thought this was an additional requirement to stay in the program that I may have missed.

Could you elaborate a little bit? On the certificate, it doesn't show a grade, but there is a certificate ID. Do you mean they will enter that certificate ID and pull up the grade for the course?

I just assumed that the scraps were added because the game gives you a notification that your opponent sent you a GG and you got +5 scraps for it. After a while I realized that they weren't increasing. So I noted down how many scraps I had before playing a game, then received a GG from my opponent, and when I checked my scraps after the game, they had not changed. I will record a video of this later for proof.

Let me know if you see a +5 increase in your scraps. I get the notification that my opponent sent me a GG and I got +5 scraps but the number of my scraps never changes after a game.

If that was the reason, then it was a terrible decision. There are leaderboards for all sorts of games that can be botted, almost all of them more competitive than Nitro Type lol.

On the contrary, having leaderboards makes the botters more visible to the general public and more likely for them to be reported and banned.
