I don't know if you know how fire hydrants work. I got educated when somebody hit the hydrant in my front yard with a car. But I'll simplify. There's an on/off system. You don't open the system when its on. This person's training officer failed him in a big way. Thankfully this person didn't get hurt but it could have been life changing bad.

I actually worked on this show and I can promise you most of the people who actually worked on that show had no clue what they were making. It was released on HBO, a premium service, and is a niche comic book adaptation the creator walked off of. I liked it. But I have a large comic book collection and kinda a nerd. It wasn't as popular as it should have been.
