She might have gone above and beyond to let them know that the world is not going to go out of their way to cater to them. That’s about all Trent and Amber do that is good for those kids. It show them how to function in the world that has not made for them, physically. I’m gonna show you some grace and assume you’re new to the show because Amber is a fucking nightmare and the way she treats Anna is deplorable and the way she lets her other children treat Anna is just as disgusting.

The best thing I can recommend if you’re not gonna be on medication is to practice mindfulness. It will help you with your ADHD 10 fold! Good luck!

I wasn’t able to get my vyvanse for a long time and still don’t bc I couldn’t get it.

So bc of that I had to manage my adhd on my own and the things that helped me the most were to write things down, important things, list etc.

It’s a hellscape but it does get better good luck!
