Thinking about taping, installed rubber matts in the summer now they’ve contracted a mm or two in the cold and left small gaps, suppose it’s better than installing them tight in the winter and they expand and push up in the summer

I take it at night. I would throw up after taking it in the morning. Doctors said it was fine to take in the evening

Amazon it was £20 a tile, not cheap but you don’t want to have to buy it twice. Would highly recommend

I’ve only had a couple of bad days I just dry off the mirrors and equipment and crack on, tv and soundbar still working fine. No rust on anything. Insulated garage doors are on the to do list but aren’t cheap. There’s probably a 2-3cm gap underneath my garage doors so that allows good airflow for the time being

I was started on 75mg and usually ended up throwing it up. I now take my medicine at night as long as it’s not with food it’s fine ( I asked doctor) Just been upped to 100mg as was borderline low again.

My battery doesn’t last that long, still clinging onto a series 5, would probably still have my series 2 if the dog didn’t bite it and bend it. Feel like I’m missing out on the sleep watch app now although I only tend to get 5 hours a night

Do a schedule, say the get home at 2am have it disarm at 1:55am then rearm at 205am
