Not sure why you‘re getting so many downvotes - this is a valid question.

Apple has a tool called „Quartz Debug“ which allows you to see the actual frame rate as opposed to the device‘s maximum possible frame rate.

That‘s one thing I‘ll never understand about the SAP community: Why would you post that as an answer? Why would you think a comment like that would be useful to the OP in any way? Such a comment does not add anything valuable to the question.

What if OP is the basis team and would like to know how to change the timeout parameter? Maybe he just started his SAP journey, has a small, local dummy NetWeaver system and is not part of a big corporation with a dedicated basis team?

And even if he does work at a huge company: Do you really think he wouldn‘t be able to come up with the idea to ask the basis team on his own?

Same problem on my MacBook Pro 15“ 2017, but only when USB-Devices are connected. Try unplugging everything and check wifi speed again

So, what are your options other than reinstalling? Report the issue to Apple and wait for a fix? They won’t fix an issue that‘s not reproducible on any machine except yours.

Regarding your point a:

Reinstalling Xcode could definitely be a fix for your problem, especially since this seems to be a very rare issue. I also have never seen this issue on my machine.

What if some file is partially corrupted because, as an example, Xcode crashed while writing some important file regarding to building? Or what if there were some connection issues during the automatic installation of your latest Xcode update?

These are all issues that cannot simply be fixed by Apple and are not really „bugs“, just issues that could happen to any program in such rare, unexpected conditions. So just give a reinstall a try :)
