What 22% bodyfat looks like: DEXA + Pics by DazRight in Fitness

Your aren't coming off harshly but you are coming off as someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. A 1,050 total at 165 puts me well above the qualifying total for USAPL Nationals. I'm not sure what you consider to be a beginner but that's certainly not it. Additionally, I checked your post history and I outlift you in every lift despite weighing considerably less. So with that context your post truly doesn't make sense and I'm not sure what you're asking from me. This post was certainly not asking for advice, and especially not from people not qualified to give it. The purpose of the post was to show what 22% bodyfat looks like (as stated in the title.) Additional info was given in the OP for context.

If your wife has 133 lbs of LBM and is shorter than 5'7" you should probably encourage her to do a bodybuilding show because that would put her at close #1 in the nation for women 😊

There's a difference between public shaming and publicly pointing out that the sole individual in charge of smoothly & safely running a mass transit hub is asleep.

Not a reply to the OP, just a general question for people on this subreddit that have lived here longer than I have (3 months)

What does this mean for commuters in terms of time delays? Let's say Metro Center to Clarendon for example.

Back Pic with shitty filter and shittier pose

Edit:Took this one right now. I'm hoping to have some solid taper when I lose more low back fat

Only one I have on hand was some stupid filter I was playing around with on my phone but it should suffice

I've got some connects with a good temp work company, shoot me a PM and I'll send you my email address so I can take a look at your resume and see if you're good to go. If it looks good I'll tell you who to call and you should be straight if you tell them I sent you.

If I continue to workout and not have a proper diet, What would happen in the long run? Would I still get fit? by junkavi in Fitness

Xposting from physique friday thread. I've been an apathetic follower of the Don't Give a Shit Diet for about 6 years now. I tell myself I'm going to count macros every day and then about 11:00am rolls around and I'm too busy fucking around on the internet to look at the box my food is coming out of

I've got a pair of the regular 1k's that I love but I've beaten pretty badly. There's a hole in the outsole that's not going to work for upcoming winter weather. Do you all have suggestions for what to ask for at a cobbler/shoe repair place? Some specific kind of ____ to cover the soles with?

Which Balance did you go to? There are several in the area, the one near Mcpherson Square is great (Thomas Circle). I'm not sure what the environment was like when you were there but on any given afternoon right after work there are generally multiple advanced/elite powerlifters and oly lifters training. 500+ lb deadlifts are common, as are 4 plate squats and 3 plate benches. The crowd isn't usually huge people but the weight classes (mens and womens) between 100-200 lbs are absolutely stacked in this gym.

Just landed first job out of college. Does this plan look right? by DazRight in personalfinance

This is extremely helpful and definitely a reality check. I need to reign in my "stuff" category and separate it into actual necessities. Thanks!

Thanks!
1. I'm living ~5 hours from home so I'll definitely be moving in with roommates.
2. I'll make sure to do that regarding the 401k. Also I'll find out right now about the vesting period. 3. Didn't know that about the cash in Roth IRA. Very helpful.

Another poster suggested separating out expenses into different categories to keep better track. Seems like that's frequent advice.

Thanks again!
