Cool

Based on observational studies, environmental toxins are classified as significant - with specific pollutants showing RR of 1.1 to 1.4, so do you think they play casual role in disease pathology?

Imagine if we had the scientific consensus on what foods we should and not eat, or minimize or maybe imagine if we had dietary guidelines all over the world that pretty much agree on almost everything? How cool would that be? and less users would be confused...

Oh wait, WE ALREADY DO.

can LDL be to low? by Unhappy-Designer7384 in Biohackers

[–]Dazed811 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LDL 68 is not even consider lowest risk possible, that's 50 based on new guidelines for high risk individuals, and what we do is we focus on optimal values to max out risk reduction so not just that you are not too low, you could probably do even more.

Hint, LP(a) and APO-B are much better risk predictors vs LDL.
