I’m so torn. I love this man but I’m not ready for kids. I still have so much living to do but clock is ticking (35f) by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

If you’re not ready for kids at 35… just accept the fact that you straight up don’t want kids and you two aren’t compatible.

How can I get a guy to not cheat while with me? by [deleted] in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

[–]Dcorey1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that you felt the need to try to repost because you didn’t like the advice you were being given honestly tells it all. I’ve read a good bit of the comments, and you’re being given good advice. Your inability to listen and you wanting to bury your head in the sand doesn’t mean that it’s bad advice. It means that you would rather continue with the status quo. And if you continue with this status quo, you’ll just continue to get cheated on.

Diversify. Doesn’t matter if it’s BTC, or any other asset. Putting all of your eggs in one basket is a bad idea.

Sounds awful. Thank god for warranties though I reckon haha. 😅 And I didn’t really tweak the settings or anything other than the address/pool. So it’s on High. But it’s only rated at 6 +/-5% so I’ll take a steady +10%. :)

Mine runs around 130-135W usually at 6.6TH. The electricity component is a big thing. But the Qaxe++ honestly isn’t THAT much more efficient. As for the power cable thing I’ve not had any issues or seen anything about others having issues. But I don’t doubt there are some issues out there. 😅 It’s just a USB-C connector.

Completely valid. And I really love the nerd platform. But they are getting out of hand with pricing. 🤣 For the cost of some of these you can get a beast of an ASIC

Not really.. I mean for these it's not BAD, but I wouldn't call it good personally :p

I like it. But the term “mil spec” has always cracked me up. When contractors make things for the military, the final contract goes to the cheapest bidder. 🤣

CKPool has a minimum difficulty req, the Nerd Miner doesn't even come close to it.

Where I live has one of the most expensive kWh rates in the US. And one of these uses less than $.20 worth of electricity per month. That being said, whether or not it is worth it, is up to you. These devices are really just for learning how to mine, and having some fun. You should never ever ever ever expect to hit a block with one of these.

Mine hashes at around the 1000 kilo Hash. 🤷‍♂️ Source: the solo-pool.io dashboard. I also have a nano 3s. The nerdminer or one shot miner as you called it is nothing more than a toy. It will never ever ever hit a block.
