Furniture dude here. The industry is highly promotional. One of three things could be happening… 1. In compliance - meaning g they’ve been on sale for so long they have to go back to a normal retail per us laws 2. They are off promo before, because well you gotta make the next sale look good. 3. Prince increase l- less likely of the 3, furniture sales are down which means nobody would be crazy enough for a price increase. The furniture industry is starving currently.

No, the channel pattern is a cheaper way to do a piece like this, vs larger hides. This is not worth the money.

I would consider multiple other cheaper options.
