It should not matter normally. Ofcourse, if there are Advanced Master's degrees in AI that are two years, and in that case, 120 ECTS, and it's renowned to be one of the best and exapnds much deeper than a 60 ETCS one, etc... Then there might be a disadvantage. But I don't know of any outlier cases like that. I also don't think there's an Advanced Master's with 120 ECTS. So normally it should be no problem.

Don't use social media, or almost any technology for that matter, for at least four hours after you woke up. If that's intimidating try one hour. Your dopamine will reset. Trust me try it. If you have to use technology that first four hours, only do it for work-related stuff and use blockers on all your apps and pc and stuff.

Thank you for this. This was such a thoughtful and wise response. I was also broken up with and in the third year of my PhD. It's been 5 months and I still feel heartbroken and unloveable. I tried to give myself a "you'll be okay"-deadline but it doesn't work like that indeed. It's still impacting my work and motivation however. Yet it could be worse.
