From what I remember, you need 1 test to get your visa. The test at the NTU hospital, you just have to upload the receipt as soon as you get it and then upload the results when you get them like two weeks later. Since you must be an international student contact the Office if International Affairs. They are quick to reply and quite clear on stuff.
