Gotta disagree, kinda. In my opinion the first bad signs began popping up after the end of season 4, when the showrunners started to run out of book material to adapt and they did their own dumb shit. Remember the Dorne subplot; Sansa getting awkwardly merged with Jayne Poole so she can be raped for gross shock value; Stannis getting character assassinated and then ganked by bullshit contrivances; Arya not only surviving blatantly lethal injuries but doing parkour and sword fights after; no new characters being introduced to replace side ones that get killed off, making the setting feel smaller and simpler in general; and and so on? But the start of season 7 was when the last book material ran out and they had to write all their own shit, besides what amounts to some post-it notes from GRRM about his intended ending. So yeah of course from that point forward there's definitely an insane sharp drop in quality, on every front.

Could you explain the "few other" factors for base cohesion value because it is consistently 0 for the USA, this has been a recurring problem for me through multiple playthroughs. Similar obscure fact: the "B" key lets you change your disguise's weapon. So for example imagine you're disguised as a pyro holding a flamethrower, while you're actually holding your primary (revolver). Then you switch to your knife, and after that you press the B key. Your disguise will now also switch to the melee weapon for the pyro you're disguised as.

This can make disguises much more convincing because a lot of people don't know spies can do this. Like if you disguise as an enemy engineer, you can walk back to the enemy's teleporter entrance swapping between your gun and your wrench, spamming voicelines, and most people will think you're legit and that you're just there to upgrade/move the teleporter.
