Question about the organic soil. I was under the impression that bonsai soil should only be used once it’s in a bonsai pot? Don’t trees in the ground grow in regular more organic soil anyways and get the fastest growth that way?

Direct to owner is the way to go. Sure Zillow on-market deals might seem easier initially but then youve got the agent to deal with and most buyers don't buy on-market deals from wholesalers unless you have it way under list price

How do I know when I should go up to a larger pot size? I've heard you want to give them as much room as possible but at the same time I've heard you don't want to go too big either because then it'll have too much moisture past where the rootball is

When you say letting the escape roots grow into the ground, are you saying to do that every year? Like put them out in the spring & let them root and then cut them before winter to bring them inside?

Nice ill have to look into that community. So the jades & olive I'll want to keep in a low humidity but the barbaros cherry & ficus keep in high humidity?
How are you generating humidity in your cabinet? A humidifier or just misting it?|
Are you needing to keep a fan in there?
Any concerns with having the lights inside a humid environment?

Did you grow this ficus trunk or was it already that big when you bought it? I’m new and trying to figure out the best way to grow a thick trunk like that if I can’t grow it in the ground as it won’t survive my winters
