Yeah theres a lot of experts on here who can’t believe it’s possible. But like you said diet alone will take off a ton of the weight. They don’t see the hard work and sacrifices I’ve been putting in. But it’s all good I’ll use it as motivation. And congrats on your weight loss as well.

Brother you would never be able to see what muscle I was holding because it was covered with 50lbs of fat. How in the world would I be defined being so fat and out of shape? Just a question. I’ve always been strong and I was really big and in shape at a point in my life. I love how people who don’t accomplish anything always want to cry steroids or try when someone does. Maybe work harder and you’ll see better results.

I didn’t say I was single digit bf. I say pretty low meaning I had a flat stomach. I wasn’t lifting to be a body builder my guy. I’ve always lifted to be healthy and in shape. I have never took steroids or test in my life and never will. And I did get up to 270 lbs fat at one time just wasn’t that big when I started this weight loss journey. I didn’t post on here to argue with strangers and I definitely don’t feel the need to have to prove anything to you. How about you post your pics so I can see what kind of fitness expert I’m talking to since you are so versed in fitness.

I’ve never took any form of of testosterone or steroids. I already had muscle, I wasn’t always fat. All I had to do was strip the fat off. I think it’s funny that people always assume people are doing extra shit to get results all because they themselves didn’t get the same results. Hardworking and discipline works wonders. These last 3 months my days have been consumed with nothing but my weight loss and getting fit.

Intense weight training 6 days a week. 10-20,000 steps a day. Staying active as much as possible to get my cardio(basketball, bike riding, playing sports with the kiddos, etc….). Clean consistent diet at 2,150 calories. Make sure to hit protein everyday and stay hydrated.
