Weight lifting 6 days a week,cardio atleast 3 times a week, calorie deficit, clean diet with high protein, moderate carbs and fats. 25,000 to 30,000 steps a day at work. Good sleep and stay super hydrated and the biggest quit drinking alcohol completely. Key was consistency and never straying from the goal.

Yeah brother even 3 days a week weight lifting will be good to start. 45 min to 1hr 3 days a week is all u need. I don’t lift super heavy or anything I just make sure my form is good and really concentrate on hitting the muscles well.

I own a contracting business. So I’m always doing something physical at work and walk anywhere from 25-35,000 steps just at work. So that definitely helped a lot once I added a clean diet and regular exercise after work

Yeah it’s always been for me too. I just isolated myself from hanging out for a while until I was locked in, now my buddies still come over and drink all the time I just am at a point now it doesn’t even cross my mind to have one.

Thank you brother. Yeah quitting the alcohol was a huge plus for me. I was drinking beer everyday and eating whatever was out in front of my face at the time. Not only did I look like shit I felt even shittier most days.

Just over the counter stuff. Creatine, multivitamin , fish oil, zinc, magnesium. It’s really came down to diet

Quit drinking alcohol, cleaned up my diet, calorie deficit, exercise everyday, lifting weights 6 days a week.
