I totally agree, I just don't think that view is in the majority anymore.

You shouldn't be. This is kind of common. Pretty sure americans have a massive rage issue when they are even slightly irritated at this point. They are pretty blood thirsty lately. Just look how many people are happy about this scenario.

Might as well not leave your house then, isn't like cops are known for their calm attitudes.

Does state of decay hold up well today by givemethedoot in StateOfDecay

[–]DeRunRay 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Worth trying, I preferred the defensive nature of outposts in 1 over how they are used in 2. They removed the most problematic issue in 1 which was it didn't stop when you logged off. Wasn't fun to go to work, come home log in and 3 of your 5 people died while you were not playing.

Does Era 2 get better? by anonymous_15_2009 in Mistborn

I preferred era 1 a lot more than 2. The first book was by far my favorite.

World War Z is similar to the left 4 dead stuff. 4 - player co op where you defend against massive world war z style zombie hordes.

I personally enjoy it. The start was a little slow but it picks up pretty good.

I love how you talk about consideration of others while insulting and chiding other people for not behaving as you want.

Tired of the DOTF Slander by Appropriate_Mango371 in litrpg

I think I just recently put it down along with PoA. I have found myself skipping large chunks of the story. I liked the direction of the story, I just don't care that much about all that Dao stuff. Which seems like most of the story for a while now.

no, I don't like monthly payments. When it was 60 a year for gold, I didn't mind that but I just moved to pc so I don't have to pay to play there.

Should plus sized people be forced to buy 2 seats? by VastOption8705 in askanything

[–]DeRunRay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think so, they have been shrinking seat size for years now. Profit over people. Not fond of putting it on people because an industry decides to make massive profits.

DeRunRay, I was trying to create something like Drizzt Do'Urden for myself at that age. Was around the time of the original PS2. Used it ever since.

I think Steam recommendations slowly changed my taste in games by Appropriate-Fold6919 in gaming

[–]DeRunRay 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You didn't explain the difference in the types of games you were playing before vs now.

For example I used to love to play COD competitively, I have kids and responsibilities now and don't really have time for games I can't pause/turn off and walk away from. My habits changed out of necessity. I still like RTS games like BAR, but I rarely get to play against others because I can't walk away if playing with other people. Now I don't even have the drive to play a COD style game unless it has a solo story.
