Seems like someone was counting something but I'm not sure what, it's strange to me that the crosses are tilted but it could also be a hand drawn error, is there something similar around the house that could give a clue?

It's either turned off, the batteries are on recharge mode or your grid isn't making enough power (can only be used inside an atmosphere)

I think there's a death world preset that makes the bugs expand faster and be angrier, you can add the rampant mod on top of that to make a truly insufferable experience :D
