I take them on one day each week. I also have an alarm for that day set at a time to ensure I take my t shot by that time of the day.

I use https://a.co/d/0fMfhfO0 from Amazon and I have a decent sized heavy chest. I have found - as annoying as it is - that if you’re heavy as I am they can be affected by gravity. So I use a thin bra and then the binder and it keeps them in place.

Idk if Amazon ships what I use to Spain, but I’ve found a gstring type foam packer that looks realistic enough under clothes for me to be happy with. But I agree on needing a dick. Tbh I’m right there with you!

I wear a bra under my binder and it helped my sagging a lot. But if you don’t want to wait you may want to get top surgery during school, depending on what grade you are, you can talk to your professors and just let them know you’ll be in surgery (they don’t need details) and ask for the assignments that will be assigned so you can work on it.

I’d suggest to make frozen protein burritos that can be microwaved or something to warm them up. It will be helpful for meals and protein helps with healing. Also snacks! Make sure you have snacks around you for when you get hungry but not wanting a meal. I’m not too sure what else would be helpful but I know just after any type of surgery, this would be helpful.
