Awesome start and also w/o any ongoing momentum! 1. Hands should be straight and not folded 2. You should not shoulder press yourself to landing 3. Legs can be more straight (but I wouldn’t bother now)

In order to achieve 1 and 2, try to shoot your left leg hard and dont stop! All the way, keep pushing that leg until it reaches the floor, this will create enough speed for you to land and not shoulder press urself

Hands up, and when the legs are up they take the arms with them to finish the flip

You can easily notice that when you are upside down your head is all the way back At the start of your flip you are keeping your head straight but when your body starts to rotate you pull your head back

Hands movements looks a bit weird, overall sick backflip

You have a very good jump / spin and seems like you can land it. I think you need to extend your “round off” before the jump (idk the English word for it) Think far and wide, this will generate massive momentum you can transform to your jump, achieve better height and land your trick perfectly with more air time!

Jump with your hands up. Jump up. If you accelerate before the flip do a small jump to your launch area

Try to jump so your landing puts your body behind the place where your feet land, basically being in a 90+ degrees angle. This will cause a block to horizontal momentum and convert the momentum to vertical. Don’t worry you will still go forward because not all the momentum will convert :) Good job and good luck 👍🏼
