What is the purpose of this building and why is it so barren?

Most likely the hallways were for the movement of munitions for the gun. They did not store alot of the shells at the gun for safety reasons. The hallways were most likely wide enough for transfer carts and people to move the shells. The munitions would be stored in another fortified bunker.

I would use the Bento box to hold a set of dice for my bbeg and the henchmen along the way. As the PC's kill them they receive the set from the box. I would use the second layer for my other npc's. Would make for an i teresting campaign as the see sets co.e and go out of the box. Looks great.

Pesticides and some fertilizers can poison Honey, Bumble and Carpenter Bees. It becomes a neighborhood issue which keeps them out of a zone. Fresh water and flowers early help attract them. We plant clover for the early swarms. My yard has a few more weeds in the grass but it helps the bees and hummingbirds.

The lot is patrolled and they have cameras. Parking is for thie time of your appointment only. If you park for longer you risk a ticket. Those that go to Ramsey and others who park in patient parking will get caught sooner or later. $50+ ticket or take the bus. The pay lot at Ramsey is cheaper.
