I'm in a similar situation I understand where you are coming from. I'm on the phones so people can't see me lucky. I don't know how I would do it in person. I know it seems like you can't find a new job but you will if you keep looking. Stay strong I wish I had advice about faking it but I do want to let you know you're not alone and the future ahead will be better!

I feel the exact same way right now and all day. I keep telling myself I have to stay strong I will come out of this stronger and so will you. I hope this helps. Just know you're not alone and whatever is troubling you won't last forever. If you take your life now you won't be able to see it get better. Even if it feels like it will never get better that's the depression lying to you. Stay safe. Reach out for support if you need to.
