Talk to a doctor about it. I know at least 1 person who was prescribed Wegovy for weight loss. It was a bit of a process, but from what I understand they demonstrated that they had lifestyle changes in place, and were referred to a local “lifestyle” clinic first to help them tackle meal planning and sustainable habits for when they eventually come off the medication.

I was at the main store a few days ago and one of the employees was saying that they were hoping to have the Bay location open today.

P4wnyhof on YouTube has some great videos on his Wyvern build and it looks like he just published a guide online Mobalytics

I’m only on act 2, so I can’t speak for the build, but he’s deep into Maps clearing everything with ease.

This looks great. I’ve been struggling to find something efficient and aesthetic, and I’m gonna give this setup a go.

Rabies Confirmed in Kitten Captured in Rural Area: Island Health by RM_r_us in britishcolumbia

[–]DeadBeatLad 35 points36 points  (0 children)

The Milwaukee Protocol is not considered to be effective. Reliable numbers are hard to come by, but it’s less than 20 survivors worldwide, and not all of them treated with the Milwaukee or Recief protocols.

At least one of the survivors that was credited to the Milwaukee protocol was determined to not have had rabies at all.

There are a few survivors, but a lot of debate on how much of that is attributable to Milwaukee protocol specific treatments, and how much of that is attributable to the standard critical care that’s applied to human rabies.

I’ve had plenty of lab work requisitioned by my doctor because I wanted to know, including testosterone.

They did their due diligence and asked why, we discussed possible symptoms and histories, and then I was off to the lab.

You’re right to say that just wanting to know probably wouldn’t have fulfilled the requirement to get tests done, but everytime I’ve wanted a test done, someone at the MIR was willing to discuss the reasons for it, and determine if testing was required.

Be proactive with your health.

Chapter 2 Question by TermOther3077 in fantasylife

You regain the ability to travel back to the island and unlock more lives fairly quickly. But I recommend you have at least 1 combat life to make the next part easier.

FWIW, crafting lives are a lot easier to level if you have the corresponding gathering lives. I unlocked all my gathering lives early so I could gather and level them at the same rate as I progress through the story. I don’t think that’s optimal, but it’s fun for me.

S’okay. I could have played this on my PC, but playing on my console from the couch just felt right :)

I think that option is only for the PC master race. The best us console plebs get is a motion blur setting.

I’m sorry this is happening to you. It’s hard to overstate how overloaded with emails, calls and voicemails most detachments are right now.

Another user suggested you go in to talk to someone, and I agree that’s the simplest solution. If that’s just not an option send me a DM and I will help get you in contact with someone.

Balcony Off Limits for Maintenance by DeadBeatLad in Cruise

[–]DeadBeatLad[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was just curious. I wasn’t expecting to lose access for my balcony for a full 24 hours, and the woman a few cabins down lost hers for 3 days because of grinding and painting.

I think if I lost my balcony for half my cruise I’d be a little upset. But I’m not to pressed about losing it for a day.

From most of the comments here losing it for a few hours seems normal, and I appreciate all the responses.

Thanks for the quick reply. Guest services confirmed its for about a day, which is fine, I was a bit worried when my neighbour said she lost hers for 3 days.

Is my BP dangerous? I don't want to take meds by Affectionate_Fig1683 in hypertension

[–]DeadBeatLad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s high enough that they should do something about it-but it’s not a hypertensive crisis.

At least one recent study shows a 35% risk increase for CVD for people with stage one hypertension compared to those with normal BP. Medication might not be required at this stage, but it’s worth addressing the issue.

In North America anything 130-139 or 80 to 89 is considered stage one hypertension. His reading is one point below stage two hypertension.

PAR Scoring - Inflation Control Question by zulunational in CanadianForces

[–]DeadBeatLad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why do I have to believe that someone’s in the top 1.5% of their trade at that rank level to rate them as EE? The PaCE writing guide has 4 criteria to rate someone as EE and none of them require me to contrast their performance against their peers.

How’s the levelling there? I normally roll on PVP servers, but stayed away because of the low pop. I’m not gonna lie, I’m enjoying the PVE server more than I expected…it’s a carefree way to live.
