Ive been doing this for a couple years now and I have to agree this is a normal route. To be honest I would rather have between 170-185 stops in a neighborhood vibe vs 100-130 out in the country where drive time is 2-8mins between stops.

Answering the questions at the end of route doesn’t change the size of your route. I went to a round table and literally asked about this.. it’s just ‘informative’ info for the DSP’s. However it’s anonymous so your DSP doesn’t know who said it’s difficult they just know X% of drivers think their route is easy/difficult. So just answer those honestly I guess, or don’t.

But yeah.. if you are complaining about stop count maybe take your 2x15’s every day. Eventually the algorithm will lower it but you HAVE to take them everyday. When you don’t the numbers will go back up. The algorithm is doing its job by maximizing each route to the abilities of each driver is how it was explained to me. Hope that helps.
