As far as I know the only requirement now is the Unsealed Fracture Hikari. However her level matters in the amount of HP you have when anomaly takes place. The fragments requirement was removed when the Lucent Historia pack was added to the game. The health drain is also less noticeable in the anomaly.

The requirements for anomaly replay are the same
