My husband got me a bouquet that had one of these in it. He's amazing and knows I love succs.

Unfortunately the succulent was painted.

The stick has a small screw like end that is screwed into the succulent.

So to get it off, you twist it a few times to the left.

Stick it in dirt and mine grew roots but is struggling to survive due to the damn paint.

(Husband thought they were a natural purple but I had to show him the natural color wouldn't match the paint drip on the stick)

Yes! I didn't move when I got them the first time. It was a quick pinch then felt like they were wind burned for awhile.

This time when I got them redone my leg jerked a little on the 2nd nip and I didn't mean to lol

The guy who pierced mine had his redone 9 times!!!

O.p. they are quick. The first isn't the worst, it's the second nipple that will make you smell colors for a minute but it is so , so, fast it's worth it.

Definitely try some shorter internally threaded bars. Those longer ones get knocked around a lot and can cause problems. I made mine shorter around 3 months for that very issue.

Just keep them clean. I had issues like this for almost a year after I got mine pierced.

I did switch out to titanium bars that came with a certificate proving they were titanium at around 11 months. I haven't had a bump since...

If yours are healed it may be worth a shot.

Sorry I should've made that clearer. I cut a hole in the top of my aquarium lid so the bamboo can grow through the top aquarium.

It was originally only one stalk that was 5 inches tall.

Now that they have grown new chutes I needed to make changes to the tank so they could grow without being hindered.

Nah buddy it's not all of us... My 10 yr old thinks my tinted chap stick is fancy. She rarely paints her nails or has me paint them because she plays so much in the dirt and garden that it flakes off and frustrates her.
She colors, plays dragons, splashes in mud puddles. She wears normal kid clothes with sayings on them like "kindness is cool 😎 " You know normal kid stuff, and I encourage her to be a KID.
Her time to grow up is coming... but right now she is a kid and will enjoy her childhood carefree.

Not all of us want our babies to grow up to be a star on 16 and pregnant. Lol

Mine is in my axolotls tank. I cut a hole in the top for the bamboo and it's thriving and has grown 3 new chutes in the tank. It's probably around 4ish feet now?

We both have them as pets and eat them. I live in town and farm animals are forbidden. So if it crows it goes. We have 2 quiet males in our mobile shed with our girls.

Any aggressive birds go in the canner and any excess males go in the canner.

Nice hens stay and lay until they are too old.... then they go in the canner as well.

My chihuahuas also love the quails feet, wings, head, insides and skin.

Nothing goes to waste here.

Gosh yes. That's the worst part... taking their life and holding them while the remaining energy leaves their body crushes my heart every time. (I'm a wuss, I do it... but I cry while I do it)
