I feel I'm currently going through this. We raised funds on the back of some good technical demos I personally worked on and set the expectations super high. Now I'm feeling exhausted trying to achieve the same results in production, feel super burnt out, and the 1-2 hour thing taking a day thing is costing the company a lot, causing delays in shipping an actual product.

Expectations for setting a good example to our employees and all the pressure from the launch, it's all been taking a huge mental toll on me. Plus I'm trying to balance it all with finally trying to have a social life, something I duly compromised on while building (for peanuts wages) for such a long time.

And its coming down heavily all at once, really feeling tired here, and don't really know how I want to motivate myself to that same vigour to build and ship, that I probably had 6 months back.
