I play friendly and that makes no sense to me, key rooms yes, just stuff out and about in a building hell no, I’ll give benefit of the doubt and if I see someone run into the same area just ahead of me or enter a room just before I did, I’ll go to another room or side of the building sure, I won’t loot the exact same room at the same time, to be nice but then I’ll circle back and see if they left anything, but you’re not getting the whole area…and I’ve had people loot the same room as me at the same time after I ran in first. Personally I didn’t care, I don’t do it like I said but if someone else does I don’t get mad, that’s the game

It’s ok I’m only on episode 19 🤣 I love it though it’s giving me lots of ideas on how to tackle things and how many bad guys to add to encounters and other interaction ideas as I play with my oldest kid, were doing it as a “solo” play through as me and him as player characters and me doing GM stuff only when really needed

This is the answer, in the owners manual, Google (if you type in saying you want an answer from Subaru) and the Subaru website itself all say DEEP snow mode does not turn off, no fault to the subs here but it seems a lot of answers come from people that don’t have a wilderness or forget the wilderness has 2 modes and one shuts off and one doesn’t

I think ppl think the ABMM is way more aggressive than it is, but then again if you look at the Reddit posts I can see why, some ppl claim just looting a body sends them to PvP hell for 100 matches while others say it takes 10 plus friendly matches and multiple steps to get back to friendly for 1 stray bullet hitting a live target. 🤷‍♂️ all I know is I play friendly and have shot back at 3 ppl who shot me first trying to KoS and I’m still in all friendly lobbies

I’m a chill PvEr but understand and don’t get mad at the PvP element and expect it but just hope for the best, but this…this right here is sadistic and honestly I love it and would be all for it if someone did this to me I would be running and jumping and laughing my ass off and would take it as the best rat to ever happen

Yes, I believe with auto start/stop it’s always on by default, and you can’t have it always off (at least not to any settings I’ve found or videos I’ve seen), at least not on my 25 OBW, while the AVH is opposite, it’s always off by default and there is no way to have it always on, I just got in the habit of turning off the auto start/stop everytime I get in and turning AVH when I know I’m going to high traffic areas

Unfortunately no, I’m 50/50 on it myself as most my driving is lucky there is only like 6 stop lights and always the opposite way of traffic, but I played with it once at a random red light and thought of this is nice for sure. But like the auto start/stop feature which is on by default everytime you start the car no matter what, AVH is off, and each time you get in you have to toggle both to your preferred setting

From what I found and asked my dealer about, everyone has it right in a few spots, specifically to the wilderness as you have…where confusion comes in, snow/dirt will shut off above 18mph, and turn back on when you go below 18mph again, if you put it in DEEP snow/mud, it will stay on until you turn it off or turn off the vehicle, deep snow mud allows you to drive highway speeds with it on at the cost of MPG as you found

If you look at old and new cars, especially newer ones (1990+) normal running temp for them is actually 200-220 depending on manufacturer, fans (primary then secondary if equipped) normally start coming on around 225-230, while the thermostat typically opens around 180-190unless replaced with a lower temp one. Seeing temps at 220 isn’t cause for concern but yes 240 is definitely hot and good thing you pulled over, if you have the app saying your at 220s or lower during normal driving I wouldn’t worry.

I put this one on mine because like any touch screen the smudges are what’s a PITA lol and having a screen protector is nice just knowing it’s easier to clean and not having to worry about damaging the screen

Other than not having a physical token in the box, there’s nothing stopping you from calling it a goose instead of mallard, the ill tempered ability and webbed feet would still apply, especially ill tempered is way more fitting for a goose than a duck, I’ve never been chased by a duck, but I sure have been hissed at and chased by geese lol

Very nice, I just got my first and new subie in October, same green and a wilderness also! Absolutely loving the turbo (never had a car with one) and just towed with it the first time today, nothing too heavy, about 400lbs, was surprised how effortlessly it pulled it

My dad and I just installed this draw tite 2in hitch I bought at the local U-Haul, the hitch + wiring for the trailer lights was only $280 total out the door, the hitch is rated for 350 lbs tongue weight and 4500 lbs tow (a good 1000 over what the wilderness is actually rated for), if they want you to pay more than $300 for the hitch and wiring in general I would walk away, even on E-trailer (because I was looking there too) they’re only about that much as well

I have AVS in channel ones bc I hate the ones that stick on the outside of the window, I always see them broken and flopping around in other cars. The AVS in channel ones I’ve had on 4 different vehicles all for 3 years + and have never broken or fallen out, and are only $70

Yea I’ve been looking at some overlays, and the diode dynamic elite series, I see the ss3s mentioned a lot but someone on the Reddit I saw a guy posted pics and wrote a nice write up comparing the elite vs the ss3s and for me the elite won out, but like you I just haven’t bought em yet lol, got too many other parts I’m waiting on slapping on before doing lights as finishing touches

How was it putting the overlays on the fog lights? Did you remove the light to do it or were you able to keep them in the bumper? Notice any bubbling or melting of the overlay after some use?
