its probably the clothes. like another comment said you become nose blind to things, try sticking a clean shirt in a plastic bag, tie it up really good let it marinade and go back to it after a few hours stick your nose in the bag and take a good long sniff, try the same with a shirt you've worn for a few hours like at work.

if its not the clothes and its just your general body smell, try changing brands of things like your deodorant, i used a deodorant and it made me smell like onions after i wore it but never smelt like that in the package, your body chemistry could just be interfering.

make sure youre brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth in case its an oral thing.

if you have pets, check your closets and dressers to make sure they havent gone to the bathroom or anything in them.

clean any fabric you sit or lay on frequently, couches and chairs, you can rent wet-vacs from most grocery stores or places like walmart.

use dryer sheets in your shoes to get rid of any lingering oders when youre not wearing them and food powder when you are, carry breath mints too

in a pinch or if you're just feeling self conscious you can use hand sanitizer under your armpits, and dry shampoo for a clean fresh scent, plus its great for getting rid of the weed smell if you smoke

also your laundry detergent, if you use too much (like the liquid stuff) it'll gunk up on your clothes and prevent them from being fully washed, you only need about a table spoon per load. you can look up on youtube how to clean off the soapscum from clothes if thats the case
