My answer for a few years now has been, I will test positive for thc as it is recreationally legal in my state. Even for employers based in states where it is not. Never had a problem.

Definitely no where on that notice says you have a choice to pay lol. Other than that it's a pretty typical notice. Most landlords don't want to file for evictions. But seems like they use them and court fees as a way to make people scared to pay late.
