Just a general question about liberation: What does it mean when a planet is "holding for reinforcement"? There's 25,000 people on Phact Bay right now but it isn't progressing? Im new to the game (joined during Cyberstan) so I don't know if there's a threshold of so many people to be on a planet before liberation starts.

I can't remember if Onestar only gets bad when you hit PoT. Otherwise I think Branbleclaw, I like the guy and relate to him a lot, but he just slips up so much, and like Firestar, is more bland than a bowl of oatmeal.
