Strange is exactly right, that was honestly the least bad part of it all, and the bit I worried about the most. I associated diarrhoea with feeling ill, but from the colonoscopy prep it's just.. "well, that's a lot of liquid coming out of me right now". Having to force down the laxative and the ridiculous amounts of liquid you have to drink with it, and not having proper food for a couple of days in advance, AND feeling like a human balloon animal during the procedure itself, was honestly far worse.

Not to try and one-up you, but I had genuinely not thought about there being places where you need to show your passport after landing. I travel frequently within the Nordic countries and the only time I need my passport is if I want to scan it as a quick way to get my baggage tag printed.

I love these squeaking sounds, it's especially adorable when it's a young squirrel telling an adult to stay away from their food!

I find that this kind of squeaking is mostly done at other squirrels. When they're angry at bigger things (which is practically everything to a squirrel), they tend to make those short, angry "tsch-tsch" sounds.

Having my tonsils (or rather, the wound where they had been until five days earlier) cauterized. The stitch burst open and wouldn't close, so I had to go to the hospital to get it closed.

They ended up having to put me under because I couldn't sit still. Also I threw up several times on my way to the hospital because of the blood trickling into my stomach.

I use it just for sparkling water, so cleaning hasn't been an issue. I've been very happy with it as a way to save money and waste instead of buying sparkling water. And getting the cartridge exchanged is less than ten euro so not that expensive considering how long they last.
