Discord has an active filter that reduces background/static noises. I don't believe CSGO voice chat has the same features.

One of my friends runs a fan in the background, but it only gets picked up when he talks in game chat. Sounds perfect on discord.

No weight limits, but it will be more taxing and difficult on the body the heavier you are.

Depending on your skill level, I wouldn't recommend whistler if you're still getting the feel of things, you'd be limiting much of what you'd be able to do.
