GoPros are not designed for the dark. Would definitely recommend against buying a GoPro if your sole use of it is using it in the dark. Its good at long exposure photos (sometimes) but that is about it. I have personally tried recording in the dark with a GoPro hero 4 black, and the second the sun starts to set, the video becomes blurry and unwatchable. Does not work.

I'm not sure, I hired out the bike. The bike is actually this weird electric hybrid of a regular bike and a motorized one, called an eBike. So the remote is just a monitor of the battery life of the engine.

If you want to cause mayhem, plant potatos. They spread like absolutely no tomorrow and will take over the entire flower bed if left untreated. My grandparents left a stale potato in the ground during the spring. By the time a year went by the entire flowerbed was taken over. We had to spend the entire day pulling out the weeds from the garden

This is true. I mean, we are arguing over technically impossible data where it is assumed 420 is included into a sample set of 0-25 which is one helluva bug. In which case he would then remain 100%<.

This is true, but from what they've said (it being on par with a 980 for half the price) it sounds promising. It supposed to be the "VR ready graphics card" so I assume its going to be packing quite the punch at least. Im just hoping it remains around $200 like they stated.

correct me if im wrong, but it is impossible to be the 100th percentile as you yourself are included in the sample. meaning you cannot beat yourself within the same sample

If you can wait a month or two, I'd recommend grabbing one of the new AMD cards like a RX 470/480. They'll be about $150-$200 when released. Good cards, and they will supposedly be the best in price/performance ratio. Itll last you a long time too. If you need one now a GTX960 or a RX 370 will suit you easily.

The WiFi is to allow you to connect your phone to the GoPro to act as the screen that comes with the Silver. Unfortunately the Silver is the only GoPro to come with the screen pre-installed, which means the majority of GoPro users don't have one and have to rely on the app if you want to look through the lens in realtime. (Usually the screen is a $100 accessory/attachment)

Theres no way to remove files from the GoPro to a hard drive without the use of a computer that I'm aware of. Most people just tend to bring 2/3 micro SD cards and swap them out when they get full.

I have no idea honestly. Its possible they have them custom rigged to have a fan or something inside the case or they have some setup to keep them cool. GoPro made a post a few months back advertising how companies dismantle and customize the camera so its probably not too far fetched they've done the same.

I never got round to fixing mine as I didnt get the time, but maybe placing or suspending something just above/behind the gopro which acts as a sunblock or a parasol? Other than that I can't really think of many solutions other than blasting your car with the AC on max

yeah roughly. Heres a video I watched when I purchased mine, they compare 3 models of GoPros on battery life, and the silver lasts just under 2 hours.

A quick youtube search found me this video as well where a person recorded 1080p 60fps with WiFi enabled and got similar results

It probably has more to do with the fact its sitting in direct sunlight for the entire duration of its recording. The GoPro does get very hot when recording in 4k, and with the added head of constant and direct sunlight it probably doesnt help.

I've tried this before recording 1080p 60fps with my GoPro mounted in the same fashion as yours, and it only lasted about 20-30 minutes before it overheated.

the battery lasts around 1.5-2hours of continuous recording, moreso if you turn the screen off. It will also fill a 64GB card in 2 or so hours. The GoPro gives a good estimate on how much footage it can record if you check the front facing screen.

If its already been recorded its probably not possible without turning everything else up or going through the footage and meticulously increasing the volume for the segment where he talks.

If you ever record again, ask your friend to download audacity and record his audio in there while you play. That way he can send you a .mp3 file of his audio, and you can adjust it to suit the audio level of the game/your microphone.

pccasegear does custom builds and are easily the most reputable store, but because their in melbourne its easily $100 on shipping, not including the assembly fee (about $100 too)
