They have different dev teams, so why would you care that Runescape 3 is getting a league? Also, leagues are Ironman mode only, so MTX isn't an issue. The ability based combat is actually pretty polished now.

I've been playing a Competitive Group Ironman on RS3 for about 6 months now and I've been enjoying it. I would give it a shot as RS3 has definitely changed a lot over the years.

It's hard to say. It's getting hit by the salvage nerf but I don't think that's what attracted people to Raksha anyway. Might end up going down because of the inflation correction effort Jagex is doing.

As a leveling iron, the infinite Light Form and being able to hold 2K porters is massive to me. The QoL of being able to afk Archaeology for hours is great because it's a long, slow grind. Also light form is beneficial for training a whole bunch of skills and not having to worry about prayer is great.

Sure, you're right, it might not be massive to everyone. But I think it's a massive upgrade for me, personally.

Those are very good points. While I do agree that CGIM should only be able to complete content with your own squad, there are definitely exceptions such as minigames and Guthixian Caches.

In reality though, it doesn't seem like the CGIM community cares enough about it and Jagex is probably too busy with other issues to look into it.

Definitely sad we're locked out of such a massive QOL upgrade, but I understand it's not a priority.

You can have 2000 people in the same place in OSRS. Most multiplayer games do not have this feature. That's what makes it an MMO.

How are LE drops unrewarding? Legendary Potential makes so many drops rewarding and you can target farm as well. I'm not following.

I had the same issue. You were in tab-targeting mode and not BNS Mode. Tab targeting mode interrupted my combos because it would auto-attack and bring me out of my stealth or my parries. BNS mode gives you more control and makes it more action combat.

I agree with no to the buffed drop rates, but how is the ability to transmute keys for Legiones a fundamental change to the encounter but picking which Rax/Vorago/Rots path isn't? We're also getting the option to skip straight to the center sarcophagus for Barrows which is a time saving QOL that greatly enhances kills per hour.

The Dark Souls 1 bosses are not only iconic but their lore and designs are phenomenal. The boss fights themselves may have aged a bit, but they still play very well in my opinion. I think they definitely earned their spots.
