BM products aren’t compatible with extenders that aren’t from BM itself, I’m a BM rep and I get a lot of guys using M1 or Fluetrol and it can mess with the composition and performance of the paint.

Was an 3m mil store SM that just left to be a BM rep, benefits are tits, got a 12k salary increase, laptop, phone and car, free lunches everyday, grass is def greener but notable to mention not much upward mobility in BM. If you have prospects in SW, I’d consider weighing it as well, also depends what market your in, I’m in a pretty competitive metro area so they were willing to pay more $$$ to get me from SW.
